AnswerIcon Answer: if you are unable to sign into the SizeXchange website, try the following:

* Retype your password and member name carefully, because they are case sensitive and you cannot have any spaces in them;
* If you forget your member name, simply contact our Customer Service Team and you will be sent an email containing your member name;
* If you still have a problem trying to sign in after trying the above, simply contact our Customer Service Team at support@sizexchange.com. We're always happy to help!
