QuestionIcon Question: How do I list an item for exchange?
AnswerIcon Answer: Simply click on the Xchange (Sell) tab in the menu bar on the left. This will take you through the step-by-step process of listing your item. This will assist you to chose a category, describe the item in detail, upload an image, pre-select shipping payment arrangements and add optional listing features.

To submit an exchange item for auction, you must 2 Xchange Points in your account, to meet the standard points fee required for submitting an exchange item.

Once the auction is completed and the item has been 'Grabbed', the relevant points bid by the successful 'Grabber' will then be transferred to your account, allowing you to Grab other items.

First you must be logged in.

When an Xchanger wants to leave feedback for a Grabber choose Xchanged Items from the menu on the right. Click on the Give Feedback button. Choose Happy, Neutral or Sad and leave a comment in the box below.

When a Grabber wants to leave feedback for an Xchanger choose My Grabs from the menu on the right. Click on the Give Feedback button. Choose Happy, Neutral or Sad and leave a comment in the box below.

AnswerIcon Answer: It costs 2 points to list an item and more if you choose the extra options available. Should you choose Designer or Brand New these cost 3 points more for each one you choose. Choosing a new Starting Bid costs another 3 points. A new Reserve Price costs 5 points. This promotes fair competition, and a reasonable pricing structure.

AnswerIcon Answer: We have video tutorials on our Faqs pages which demonstrates how to list clothing on our site. We also have a written faq's submission which goes through how to list your clothing. You must be logged into the 'Grab' Xchange area of the SizeXchange website to be able to list clothes.

When does an transaction begin and end

QuestionIcon Question: When does an transaction begin and end?
AnswerIcon Answer: The person who submits the exchange item determines the maximum time frame an item will be listed. The three options available are 3 days, 5 days and 7 days.

The transaction begins straight away on listing and ends as soon as it is 'Grabbed' by another member or withdrawn by the Xchanger who listed it.
